In the years since his first InMobi chapter, Rahul has journeyed through amazing organisations like Licious, Curefit, bigbasket, Sabre, and more, architecting disruptive talent practices.  Now, he returns as an #InMobiBoomerang with renewed purpose to help us reimagine People & Culture org: shaping how we use data for decision-making, strengthening our HR-tech landscape, and bringing sharper focus to our people priorities across the board. Also, there’s more to him than org charts and OKRs. He’s also a published author of five novels, a passionate storyteller, and a vocal champion of inclusion and diversity. From campus visits to regional symposiums, our conversations with INSEAD continue to inspire.    This week, our colleagues Nitin (Director, Southeast Asia) and Hajra (Lead, Talent Acquisition APAC) represented InMobi at the INSEAD Tech Symposium 2025 in Singapore, engaging with students, alumni, and industry leaders on innovation, sustainability, and resilience in a digital Asia.   At our booth, we had the opportunity to share insights into InMobi’s culture, our expanding presence across APAC, and how we’re driving innovation in advertising and consumer tech, shaping the future of digital experiences.   Recently, we also had the pleasure of hosting the INSEAD Private Equity Club (IPEC) at our Bengaluru campus, sharing the InMobi story and exchanging ideas about India’s dynamic tech ecosystem.   Thank you INSEAD, for fostering such meaningful collaborations.

Thrilled to welcome Debleena Das back to InMobi as Global Head of Executive Talent & Strategic People Development! With nearly two decades of experience, Debleena has been part of some incredible organizations like Google, Flipkart, InMobi, and Z47 (formerly Matrix Partners). Her expertise in developing top-tier leadership, establishing human capital functions from the ground up, and driving innovative people practices is second to none. Having worked with her before, I know the kind of impact she creates, and I couldn’t be more excited to see her work her magic once again. It’s always lovely when great people return, and Debleena is yet another #InMobiBoomerang who has diverged, disrupted, and delivered, only to come back with even bigger ideas and a bigger drive.
